What is a digital product?

A digital product is a downloadable file that you receive instantly after your purchase. No physical item will be shipped. Depending on the product, your download may include PNG files, PDFs, Canva templates, spreadsheets, ZIP files, or other digital resources.

How do I receive my files?

Once your payment is complete, your download link will be sent to the email address used during checkout. You can also access your downloads through your Shopify order confirmation page.

Will I receive anything in the mail?

No. All products sold by Bold Pickx are digital downloads only. Nothing will be physically shipped to you.

Can I download my purchase more than once?

Yes. Each digital purchase includes up to three (3) download attempts. We strongly recommend downloading your files as soon as possible and saving them to a secure location, such as your computer, external hard drive, or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.).

Once the maximum number of download attempts has been reached, the download link will no longer be available. Additional downloads cannot be provided, and a new purchase will be required to access the files again. No exceptions will be made.

To avoid any issues, please be sure to back up your files immediately after downloading.

What file formats do you offer?

Our products may include one or more of the following:

  • PNG

  • PDF

  • ZIP

  • JPG

  • SVG (when specified)

  • Canva Template Links

  • And more...

The included file types are listed in each product description.

Do I need special software?

Some products can be used immediately, while others may require specific software such as Canva, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or another compatible program. Any software requirements will be clearly listed on the product page.

Are Canva templates editable?

Yes. If a product includes Canva templates, you'll receive a link that allows you to edit the design in Canva. Most templates work with a free Canva account unless otherwise stated.

Can I use these products for commercial purposes?

Each product includes its own license information. Unless the listing specifically states commercial use is included, purchases are for personal or limited business use only. Please review the product description and license details before using any files for resale or redistribution.

Can I resell or share the files?

No. Purchasing a digital product gives you a license to use the file as outlined in the product listing—it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

You may not:

  • Resell the original digital files

  • Share, copy, or distribute the files

  • Upload the files to other marketplaces

  • Claim the designs as your own

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the files have been delivered.

However, if you experience a problem accessing your files or receive a defective download, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

I can't find my download. What should I do?

First, check:

  • Your email inbox

  • Spam or junk folder

  • Promotions folder (Gmail)

If you still can't locate your download, contact us with your order number, and we'll assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I customize the designs?

Many of our products are fully editable, while others are designed for immediate use. The level of customization available is listed in each product description.

Are your PNG files transparent?

Yes. Unless otherwise noted, our PNG designs feature transparent backgrounds, making them ideal for printing, crafting, apparel, stickers, sublimation, DTF, DTG, and other creative projects.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Immediately. As soon as your payment is successfully processed, your digital files become available for download.
